Accreditation
NCASES
National Commission for the Accreditation of Special Education Services
Since 2009, ScenicView Academy has been accredited by the National Commission for the Accreditation of Special Education Services. ScenicView Academy joins an elite group of 30 programs nationwide, and is the only program in Utah with this high level accreditation. |
Research Designation
The National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (NATSAP) seeks to recognize programs across the nation committed to research-based interventions. This endorsement is designed to acknowledge programs that track outcomes using a normed and valid assessment as an outcome measure. The bronze certification signifies that ScenicView Academy is using standardized assessments to evaluate students as they are admitted into the program. As we work toward silver and gold certifications over the coming months, additional assessments will be used to track student progress throughout the duration of their stay as well as several months following their discharge from services.
