Tay has been working in client-focused fields since 2015, bringing a decade of experience in supportive and service-based roles. Over the years, she has received specialized training in trauma-informed care, crisis management, and leadership development, which directly supports her work with students at ScenicView.
Tay chose to join ScenicView because of its approach to helping young adults gain independence in a respectful and empowering environment.
She also speaks Spanish, and outside of work, Tay is a published author and performer who enjoys Polynesian dance, singing, and acting. She is passionate about creative expression in all forms, and she often brings that same creativity and confidence-building energy into her work with students.
