Rachel brings over five years of experience in nonprofit human services, working with children, teens, and young adults across the neurodiverse spectrum. With a strong background in teen youth development and two years of experience designing social-emotional learning (SEL) curricula, Rachel is passionate about integrating SEL practices, DEI principles, and behavioral health into both educational and workplace settings.
Rachel chose to join ScenicView because of its values-driven mission and commitment to empowering neurodiverse individuals through holistic support. Their work is grounded in creativity, empathy, and inclusivity, making them a natural fit for ScenicView’s dynamic community.
In addition to their professional expertise, Rachel is a creative soul—outside of work, you’ll find her discovering new music, singing and playing baritone ukulele, crocheting, or illustrating.
