Caleb brings several years of leadership and management experience focused on team development, efficiency, and workplace training. Throughout his career, he has helped train and mentor employees to build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and succeed in fast-paced work environments. His experience working in management has given him a strong understanding of workplace expectations, professionalism, and how to help others grow into successful employees.
Caleb chose to work at ScenicView because he is passionate about helping others succeed and enjoys teaching people to feel confident and capable. He is excited to use his experience to support students as they prepare for the workforce and develop skills that will help them succeed in future careers.
Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife playing trading card games at their local game store and competing in tournaments. He is almost always listening to music and also enjoys getting lost in a good book during his free time.
